Delivery Policy & information
A delivery fee of $8.99 will be added to each different address.

Same Day Delivery Service
Same day delivery is available for all Orange County, CA Cities if the order is received before 3:00PM PST Monday Thru Friday. Orders received
before 1:00PM PST on Saturday can be delivered Same Day. Deliveries Began at 9AM and are completed by 4PM. Saturday Deliveries Began
at 8:30AM and are completed by 3PM.

Sunday Delivery Information
Sunday deliveries are usually not available however if a Sunday Delivery is needed please contact our store so that we can see if we can
schedule a delivery. Sunday deliveries will have a $25.00 delivery charge added to the order.

Orders Outside Of Our Delivery Area
Deliveries outside of our Orange County delivery area are available by transmitting your order to another florist. However our products on our
website are only available for delivery by our shop only. If you need to send flowers outside of our delivery area please choose a product from
our Teleflora Flowers Nationwide section of the website.

Timed Deliveries
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries during specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee an exact time. Please specify if you
would like your delivery before 12PM or after 12PM.

Saturday Fom 8:00AM To 2:00 PM
We are closed on Sundays.

Patients Information
Patient's room number and full legal name is required for all deliveries. If the patient is in the ICU, the hospital will not allow delivery until the
patient has been moved out of the ICU and a room has been assigned. Usually we will continue to contact the Hospital until we receive a
room number. If the patient does not receive a room by our 3PM PST cut off time we will delivery the arrangement the next day.
